A celebration of women, the sailing will be hosted by Lola Akinmade Åkerström, international best-selling author and will feature special guest and former astronaut Dr. Sandra H. “Sandy” Magnus aboard the Sylvia Earle. The Sylvia Earles is Aurora Expeditions’ state-of-the-art small ship dedicated to legendary oceanographer Dr. Sylvia Earle; the ship itself honours six pioneering women in conservation.

Participants will fly both ways across the notorious Drake Passage, maximizing their time on the seventh continent.
